We offer a free 30 min online (video conference) evaluation. We are all ears with your child’s functional concern, We can outline what age appropriate or functionally appropriate activities that your child can do to participate in activities both at home and in community. This is also the time when we can address your concerns about your child’s possible needs of services.

Parents need to sign a packet for the intake information including basic information, prior medical history, developmental history or any other therapy history that may be helpful for your child’s plan of care.  

This is the time when we will be visiting your home and will have a 1:1 evaluation with your child using a standardized Physical Therapy testing kit. We are a strong believer that PT is a wholistic approach so parental interview, clinical observation and collaboration to successfully come up with your child’s Physical Therapy Goals.

We will discuss the results of the evaluation right after we conducted the standardized test and notify parents if your child qualifies for skilled PT services. If your child qualified for the services, we will then form an individualized plan of care that is tailored to your child’s functional needs with all the resources that we have in Little Explorers Therapy.
